Good location and good breakfast, but the room and facilities are not worth the price. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel. Furnitures have stains and the windows don’t **** properly so it’s super loud (barely could sleep). The pool was also shut for maintenance for a month. Some of other 3 star hotels nearby seem much better.

I just think that the room is not worth the price as it is not in a good condition (bathroom leak from the ceiling,remote control cannot be use so i need to manually click on the tv, the renovation is not neatly done and the room is not thoroughly cleaned). The amenities superb, they prepared everything so it is very convenient. The breakfast spread is the star of the show menus are varies and the eggs done very deliciously. I think they put high price because of the location is very near to ben tanh market.

Staff are very friendly, breakfast was a good blend of East meets West. Location was fantastic.

Good location in district 1, easy to reach from the airport and to visit the old center while walking.
Nice hotel although photos look better than reality for the room.
Swimming pool is small but has a great view, the terrace is also pleasant with lots of plants.
Breakfast is quite diverse, it would have been nice to have a better coffee tho, freshly cut fruits were great!
Staff is very nice including at their spa.

小三星酒店位于胡志明市中心。這次出差因為同行同事推薦所以訂了他們家。地點非常好基本上都可以步行。服務人員也非常熱情友好。唯一幾點需要改善的是室內衞生，房里桌上有些許螞蟻。另外靠馬路的窗戶隔音基本沒有，十分難安靜入睡，希望未來能改善。

我和太太以及朋友們一起到胡志明市旅游五天，選擇入住位于第一郡黎英春街的 A&Em Art Hotel。這是一家讓人印象深刻的飯店，地理位置極佳，距離濱城市場與主要景點都非常近，出行十分便利。飯店整體環境乾凈整潔，設計充滿藝術氣息，房間雖不大但布置溫馨，設施完善。最讓人滿意的是這里的服務團隊，從前臺接待到客房清潔人員，每一位員工都非常熱情友善，主動協助我們安排交通與餐飲建議，讓整趟旅程變得更加順利與愉快。價格方面也非常合理，在市中心能以這樣的價格入住如此品質的飯店，實屬難得。每天早晨的自助早餐豐富又美味，滿足不同口味的旅客。我十分推薦 A&Em Art Hotel 給想在胡志明市體驗舒適、方便又具藝術氛圍住宿的旅客，下次來訪我仍會選擇這里作為落腳之處。
